AEP Texas welcomed more than 60 competitive retailers and company representatives to its 2025 Competitive Retailer Relations Workshop. Guests learned about growth, regulatory updates, resiliency plan, DER trends, and revenue protection efforts.
The Jim Wells County Fair Association selected the Alice linemen crew as Parade Marshal for the 2025 Jim Wells County Fair, recognizing the team's "outstanding commitment" to local youth and continued community support.
AEP Texas customer Linear Power International recently praised AEP Texas' San Angelo team, which includes Jeff Helton, Felicia A. Salgado, and Jason Lambright, for their outstanding support and customer service.
AEP Texas employees joined the fun at La Feria ISD's Monster Mash Candy Bash by handing out sweets and smiles while connecting with families from across the community.
Approximately 30 pre-kinder students, teachers, and staff members visited AEP Texas employees at the McCamey Service Center and other local businesses for a safe trick-or-treating activity.
The Laredo Service Center received a visit on Halloween and Halloween eve from the youngest within the community who were looking for safe places to trick-or-treat.
The Vernon Distribution team represented AEP Texas by connecting with the community and spreading some Halloween spirit.

AEP Texas ha emitido un tiempo estimado de restauración (ETR) actualizado para los clientes afectados por el incendio en Gregory. Debido al tiempo de acceso a la zona afectada esta mañana, las cuadrillas ahora esperan restaurar el servicio eléctrico a los clientes que puedan recibir electricidad para las 3 p.m. del jueves. A las 11:30 a.m. del jueves, 40 clientes permanecen sin energía.
