AEP Texas employees Jason Lambright, Felicia A. Salgado, and Jeff S. Helton from the San Angelo District have been recognized for their exceptional customer service following commendations from Linear Power International, a valued customer since 2023.

Ren Guodong Bitrealm, a representative of Linear Power International, praised the team, stating, "I would like to thank some of your teammates for the exceptional work they consistently do - Jeff Helton, Felicia Avila & Jason Lambright. Bravo Zulu! Thank you for the hard work and having the best in the industry representing AEP Texas proud!"

Linear Power International, a data center company, has collaborated with the San Angelo team on multiple projects across West Texas. Jeff Helton highlighted their proactive approach: "We just bend over backwards, helping them with all their technical questions and giving them advice that normally you don't have to give." Currently, the team is engaged in the larger-scale Silver Project, building on their successful partnership.

Felicia A. Salgado emphasized the unique collaboration with the customer, noting their patience during the upgrade process, which is uncommon in the industry. Lambright added that the recognition is a testament to the district's teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction, stating, "We've got great synergies between everybody here."

With decades of experience in the area, Helton expressed the San Angelo District's customer-first mindset, saying, "We will move heaven and earth to meet their requests. It's something that we want to do."

In addition to Lambright, Salgado, and Helton, several other employees were recognized as Champions for their outstanding contributions, including Ben Cole, Ruben Correa, Abel Garcia, Armando Morales, Cheri Ring, Jonathan Flores, Joshua Cantu, Michael Cornell, Mike Treviño, Mitche Boyce, Derrick Kline, Jose Sanchez, and Patrick Garcia.
