For more than 20 years, the Corpus Christi Customer Operations Center has turned Halloween into a celebrated tradition that brings creativity, camaraderie and fun to the call center. Each year, employees transform the space with elaborate costumes, themed decorations and activities designed to lift spirits and support a positive workplace culture.

This year’s “Mad Scientists” theme imagined a scientist’s attempt to create the perfect call center agent—with spooky results. The annual event gives Customer Operations agents a chance to recharge while recognizing the care and resilience they bring to serving customers every day. Now anticipated by colleagues across the company, the Corpus Christi center’s Halloween celebration has become a signature showcase of its energetic, people-focused culture.
