Employees with the AEP Texas Pearsall Service Center attended the city’s National Night Out event which focused on community engagement and public safety. The event promotes partnerships between the community and public safety organizations.

Customers received cards with information to report an outage or contact customer service representatives for other questions. Line Mechanic Marco Vela said they gave kids toys and also shared the role the company plays within the community.

“The event provided an opportunity for AEP Texas employees to interact with customers, share information about the company’s commitment to serving the community, and strengthen relationships with local stakeholders,” External Affairs Manager Jimmy Earnest said.
