Ten AEP Texas employees demonstrated their organizational skills by volunteering to arrange merchandise and sort donated items at the Salvation Army Family Thrift Store.
Proceeds from store purchases support programs and services for Coastal Bend families in need.
“I was proud to join the AEP Texas team to organize and sort donations, helping prepare them for distribution to those in need,” Yvette Cortez, budget analyst, said. “Knowing that even small acts of service can make a lasting impact, I found volunteering at the Salvation Army rewarding and was reminded of how meaningful it is to give back.”
