On May 8, Aransas Pass Distribution employees participated in Career Day at Stephen F. Austin Elementary in Gregory.

Students got a lesson in career possibilities thanks to AEP Texas employees Kevin Wallace (Service Crew Leader), Michael D. Cornell (Service Mechanic A), and Jonathan Flores (Line Mechanic A). They also shared information about the utilitiy industrty, the importance of safety, and what it takes to keep the lights on across the region.

"Thank you so much for being a part of Career Day at SF Austin Elementary," School Councelor Michelle Powell said. "Your time, energy, and willingness to share your career journey made a lasting impact on our students. Because of you, our students were able to explore new possibilities, ask meaningful questions, and imagine exciting futures for themselves."
