AEP Texas prepares for hurricane season and storm events all year. The Incident Command Team (IMT) is currently participating in this year’s hurricane drill. Typically, the drill is a one-day event. This year, ICS coordinators took a new approach: Stretching the drill over a few weeks to maximize planning of resources.
