About 15 El Campo Service Center employees volunteered to pick up trash and debris along Matagorda Beach, helping make the Texas Gulf Coast a cleaner, safer place to visit.
Ten AEP Texas employees demonstrated their organizational skills by volunteering to arrange merchandise and sort donated items at the Salvation Army Family Thrift Store.

With their hammers and drills in hand, 23 AEP Texas employees helped refurbish two cabins for Scouting America Camp Karankawa’s staff near Mathis, Texas.
Almost 30 Victoria employees volunteered at the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent, organizing food, beverages, and other items for local families in need.
Over 100 Abilene employees volunteered at the Abilene Zoo as part of AEP’s inaugural Week of Service.
As part of AEP’s company-wide Week of Service, San Angelo volunteers participated in a community back to school event. Volunteers passed out school supplies such as notebooks and coloring books. Louie the Lightning bug also came to the event and greeted all the kids that came to the AEP Texas booth.
San Angelo employees came together during AEP’s inaugural Week of Service to donate 68 canned goods and over $200 for the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank.
