Thursday, 5-20-2021 Storm Restoration Status for Laredo District

  • AEP Texas crews continue to make significant progress in responding to outages caused by the storms that have battered the Laredo area since Monday.  

  • As of approximately Laredo residents remain without power.

  • Estimated restoration time for all customers in the Laredo area is still projected for 4:00 p.m. Friday.  Most customers will see their service returned much earlier. 

 

Hebbronville/ Falfurrias/Alice/Freer area

  • AEP Texas crews continue to make significant progress in responding to outages caused by the storms that have battered the Laredo District since Monday

  • As of approximately 183 Hebbronville/Falfurrias/Alice/Freer area residents remain without power.

  • Estimated restoration time for all customers in the Hebbronville/Falfurrias/Alice/Freer area is now projected for Friday. Most customers will see their service returned much earlier.

 

If you are still without electric power by 10 p.m., please call the AEP Texas Customer Call Center Outage Line at 1-866-223-8508 to report your outage.
