United Way of South Texas visited AEP Texas' Rio Grande City Service Center to share updates on its more than 18 partner agencies and 12 programs supporting families across the Rio Grande Valley.
"Together, we humbly contributed to a great cause by supporting United Way and its mission to uplift communities across the Rio Grande Valley," said Administrative Assistant Sr. Natalie N. Perales, on behalf of the team. "It's a previlege to be a part of an organization that unites people for long-term change."
Through their efforts, employees have helped advance the health of their community, expanded youth opportunities, build a stronger financial culture, and improved their community's resiliency by addressing the area's urgent needs for a better tomorrow.
