Two Los Fresnos employees were recognized for their outstanding customer service. Service Mechanic A Raul Mendez, and Line Mechanic A Juan Balli delivered the Customer Survey the most during the first quarter of the year. The goal of the survey is to get customer feedback in person after finishing a work order.
The men received gift cards as a token of appreciation for their outstanding customer service. Mendez said his goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and provide a good customer experience through the services AEP Texas provides. Like Mendez, Balli is looking to providing many more great customer experiences moving forward.
